Privacy and Deletion Requests

Submit privacy access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent-withdrawal, or legally required appeal requests to support@uncensoredaivideo.com. Rights vary by location; we will apply the rights and exceptions required by applicable law.

Information to include

Use a subject such as “Privacy request” and provide the minimum information needed to locate the record:

• the email associated with the account;
• the request type;
• an internal task, asset, or public Gallery reference, if relevant; and
• an approximate date range or other non-sensitive locator.

Do not send a password, authentication code, full payment credential, government identifier, or sensitive source media unless our support team specifically requests a proportionate item through an appropriate channel.

Identity and authorized agents

We may verify identity or authority before disclosing, correcting, or deleting personal information. Verification will be proportionate to the request and the sensitivity of the record. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits; we may request evidence of authority and direct confirmation from the affected person.

Systems covered by a complete request

Where applicable, our workflow assesses records held in account and authentication systems; prompts and generation tasks; uploaded source media; generated media and posters; Credits and billing records; Provider-held copies; support and safety records; searchable indexes; and public Gallery derivatives.

A request is not complete merely because a result disappears from the Workspace. Our response may distinguish information that was deleted, de-identified, restricted, or retained and may explain an applicable exception without exposing security-sensitive detail.

Retention exceptions

We may retain narrowly scoped records where permitted or required for account security, fraud prevention, payment or tax obligations, dispute resolution, legal holds, child-safety duties, Provider follow-up, backups, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Access to retained records is limited to the relevant purpose and the records are removed when the exception no longer applies, subject to applicable law and technical backup cycles.

No universal fixed retention period applies to all record types. The Privacy Notice describes the current need-based retention standard and the exceptions that apply to particular records.

What happens next

We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law after receiving enough information to verify and process the request. If we deny or limit a request, we will provide the reason and any legally required appeal path. Submitting a request does not waive rights or create a fee unless applicable law permits a fee for a manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive request.
