Review these boundaries before creating or sharing AI-generated videos or images. The verified support channel accepts safety, consent, likeness, privacy, copyright, billing, and account reports.
Prevent harm before generation
Use the minimum source material needed, keep results private by default, and confirm rights, adult status, and consent before a real person appears in an Input. An 18+ confirmation screen is a product boundary, not a claim of legal age verification.
Zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation
Sexual content involving a minor, a person whose adulthood cannot be determined with reasonable confidence, an adult presented as a minor, or a fictional, synthetic, altered, or age-regressed minor is prohibited. Do not download, copy, attach, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material to make a report; use the appropriate official reporting channel.
Identity and consent
Consent must cover the person, source material, intended transformation, and intended distribution. It must not be inferred from public availability, a past relationship, or consent to a different use. Real-person evidence and release records must be kept separate from public media.
Before an example is shared publicly
Your results are private by default. Public examples need permission to display the source and result, a record of how they were made, and a content review. Where a real person is identifiable, rights, consent, and adult status also need to be checked. Public material may be copied, linked, or shared by others. Illustration-only examples are labeled separately from site-model results.
Reports, restriction, and appeals
The reporting process supports safety, consent, likeness, privacy, copyright, and illegal-content reports; restriction where warranted; narrowly scoped preservation; recorded decisions; and an appeal where appropriate. The verified support channel is published in the Help Center and policy pages.
Data minimization and deletion
Prompts, source media, outputs, logs, rights records, and Provider copies require record-specific purposes and retention periods. Removing a Workspace result is not the same as completing a deletion request across active storage, Providers, backups, and legal holds.
