This Privacy Notice explains how VSpark AI LLC handles personal information when you visit or use Uncensored AI Video Generator at uncensoredaivideo.com. It should be read with the Terms of Use and the Privacy and Deletion Requests page.

Information we handle

We may handle:

• account and authentication information, such as email address, account identifier, profile details, session information, and account status;
• product and transaction records, such as Credit balances and entries, model selections, generation settings, task status, errors, result references, purchases, billing events, and support history;
• content, such as prompts, uploaded source or reference images, generated videos and images, posters, authorization records, and related metadata; and
• technical and safety information, such as browser and device data, IP address and network information, cookies, local-storage preferences, security events, request logs, moderation decisions, and abuse reports.

Please do not submit sensitive information or source material that is not needed for your requested generation.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; operate video and image generation and image editing; transmit media to the selected generation Provider; return and store results; show Credits and task states; provide support; process privacy, billing, safety, and copyright requests; prevent fraud and abuse; protect accounts; troubleshoot; enforce our policies; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not authorize the use of customer Inputs or Outputs to train a general-purpose AI model. This statement does not claim that every third-party Provider follows the same training or retention practice. Contact us if you need information about how a particular Provider handles your generation data.

Providers and sharing

Information may be processed by vendors that provide authentication, hosting, media storage, security, analytics, customer support, payments, and AI generation. Creating a video or image requires sending selected Inputs and settings to the Provider performing the generation. Provider identities, processing locations, contractual safeguards, and record-specific retention depend on the services used for your request.

We may also disclose narrowly scoped information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect a person from serious harm, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not state that customer prompts, uploaded media, or generated videos are sold.

Private results and public Gallery material

Generation results are private by default. If you affirmatively publish an eligible result to a public Gallery, the result, poster, selected description, and attribution you choose can become public and may be viewed, copied, linked, or shared by others. We keep source, consent, likeness, adult-status, publication-authorization, and generation-lineage records access-controlled and separate from publicly served media metadata.

Removing a public result stops new display under our control after reasonable processing time, but it cannot retrieve copies already obtained by others. Removal also does not automatically delete related safety, authorization, billing, backup, or legal-hold records.

Retention

We retain information only for a documented product, security, safety, billing, support, or legal purpose. Retention can differ for account and session information; prompts and task records; source and generated media; Credits and billing records; support requests; authorization evidence; security logs; Provider copies; backups; and legal holds.

No universal fixed retention period applies to every category. We apply an objective need-based standard and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed for the stated purpose, subject to backups, Provider processing, security needs, disputes, and legal obligations. Indefinite retention is not the default.

Deleting a Workspace result is not the same as completing deletion across active storage, Providers, backups, public Gallery derivatives, and lawfully retained records. Our Privacy and Deletion Requests page explains how to submit a request that reaches the relevant systems.

Privacy choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or appeal certain request decisions. You may also have a right to complain to a privacy regulator.

Submit a request to support@uncensoredaivideo.com with the minimum information needed to locate the relevant account or content. We may verify identity or authority before disclosing or deleting information. We may retain information where law permits or requires, including for account security, fraud prevention, tax or transaction records, disputes, child-safety duties, legal holds, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.

Cookies and device storage

The Service may use cookies or local storage needed for authentication, security, preferences, and product operation. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this Notice and any required consent controls must be updated before those technologies are introduced.

Security, adults-only service, and international processing

We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to the support address above.

The Service is intended only for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a minor. If we learn that a minor has used the Service or that prohibited content involves a minor, we may restrict the material, preserve narrowly scoped evidence, report where legally required, and take steps to delete information that is not required for safety or law-enforcement purposes.

Service providers may process information outside your state or country. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional protection, we will use the required measure for the relevant processing relationship.

Changes and contact

We may update this Notice when product features, Providers, practices, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and any notice required by law.
